The Food & Textiles Technology Unit contains specialised spaces equipped for the teaching and learning of Textiles, Food Technology and Hospitality subjects. The integrated layout enables the flow between the practical activities and the general learning spaces for theory. The kitchen maximises the use of specialised food technology equipment.
