Refer to the 'Schedules' section below for blank spreadsheets with instructions that identify the types of building elements and plant/equipment that need to be captured.
The data is to be captured on a project specific Microsoft Excel spreadsheet which will be provided to the CONTRACTOR from the EFSG or the GC21 Preliminaries section of the contract. SINSW Directors can also assist to provide the blank Asset Maintenance data capture sheet.
The CONTRACTOR will be required to identify and populate each of the elements/equipment that have been installed as part of the construction that appear in the spreadsheet headings. The quantity of each individual asset is to be provided in the relevant cell either as an item or per linear metre.
Four weeks prior to construction completion, the completed Asset Maintenance data capture sheet is to be provided to the SINSW Project Director, who will then review accuracy and forward the copies to relevant AMU Asset Services Officer and Facilities Management (FM) Unit of Asset Management.
Data capture will be deemed to be complete upon receipt of written certification by the Contractor as to the accuracy and completeness of the delivered spreadsheet.
