As per current NATSPEC except as follows:

3.3 Excavating 

GUIDE NOTE: Delete subclause "Obstructions" nominated in NATSPEC, Building Professional Template / Worksection and include the following:

Obstructions
Cut back roots encountered in trenches to the edge of trench or a distance not less than 600 mm clear of the relevant service, and as specified in SG / SITE MANAGEMENT / WORK NEAR TREES.  Remove such other obstructions including roots, stumps, boulders and the like which may, interfere with the proper functioning of the service.
