2.4  Fire Hazard Properties

General

Requirement: Comply with BCA Specification C1.10a which sets out requirements in relation to the fire hazard properties of:

• Floor materials and floor coverings
• Wall and ceiling linings

Floor materials and floor coverings must comply with BCA Specification C1.10a Table 2, Critical Radiant Flux (CRF in Kw/m²) of Floor Materials and Floor Coverings.

Wall and ceiling linings must comply with BCA Specification C1.10a Table 3, Wall and Ceiling Linings Materials (Material Groups Permitted).
