3.1 Subcontractor's Warranty
 

GUIDE NOTE: Include the following items in SUBCONTRACTOR’S WARRANTY - 25, after the text - Trades or areas of work requiring a Subcontractor’s warranty are: “but not limited to:”

Subcontractors Warranties/Guarantees

  • Roofing 
    Roofing materials manufacturer’s published product warranties.

GUIDE NOTE: Refer NATSPEC Building Professional Template / Worksection and Commentary - Completion - Warranties. Delete if not applicable (some suppliers will not issue a written warranty for roofing)

  • Roofing - Tanks for Potable Water: 
    Guarantee against linear linkage for a minimum period of 20 years.

GUIDE NOTE: Refer to SG / TANKS FOR POTABLE WATER - GUARANTEE (MANDATORY) 

  • Glazing
    Glass manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Miscellaneous Furniture
    Manufacturers and installers warranties against defective workmanship and wrong installation.
