The Kitchen- Preparation Room is dedicated to the preparation of food and storage of materials to be used in the Kitchen. A Servery area is provided.

Plans are also provided for various sizes – HS409.05 and HS409.06.

This space is found in the Food & Textiles Technology Unit. The Kitchen-Preparation Room should have direct access to the Kitchen and the Pantry.
