Staff Unit

Overview:

The Staff Unit is the working and recreation area for the majority of school staff. Main spaces include Staff Room, Staff Room Annexe and Kitchen. Main activities in this facility consist of preparation and review of class work, team meetings, training in addition to leisure. It is a communication point for staff members.

Mandatory Relationship: Necessary to ensure the health, safety and learning needs of a student.
Direct Access: Interlinked spaces with no wall separating the spaces.
Adjacent Relationship: A desirable space in close proximity which may be separated by a wall.

The Staff Unit should be located adjacent to the Administration Unit and Car Parking facilities.
