Home Base, Library and Special Programs

The 3 attached colour schemes have been developed by interior designers from NSW Government Architects Office (GAO). They have been produced to give advice regarding colours and material choices for works in schools. The schemes have been endorsed by DoE but are provided as a guide only.  
 
The materials given in the examples incorporate a range of slip resistance and flammability requirements that are essential to ensure that the highest level of Health and Safety is maintained in the school environment. Any alternative materials must perform to equal or higher levels than those specified.
